General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and h9999 (hereinafter referred to as "h9999", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the h9999 website located at https://h9999.bet and all related services, products, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the website, placing any wager, or otherwise using the h9999 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the h9999 platform and close your account.

h9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of h9999 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and h9999.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to h9999 and participation in any real-money gaming or wagering activity is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

We reserve the right to request government-issued identification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of account registration or during ongoing use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation upon request will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming or sports betting on h9999, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

You are permitted to hold one account only on the h9999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. h9999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, outstanding bonuses will be voided, and any winnings generated while operating multiple accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. h9999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify h9999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. h9999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Account registration on h9999 is free of charge. h9999 does not charge any fee for creating, maintaining, or closing a player account.

• All registration information must be truthful and verifiable.
• You may not use another person's identity or payment details to register.
• Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• h9999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Deposits & Withdrawals

h9999 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment channels may be made available at h9999's discretion from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your h9999 account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. h9999 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which h9999 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed full KYC verification. Unverified accounts are not eligible to submit withdrawal requests. h9999 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of the request being submitted, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to a third-party account under any circumstances.
• h9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, except where no bonus has been claimed.
• h9999 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's internal processing schedules.
• Chargebacks are prohibited. Any player initiating a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and may be subject to recovery action.

Bonuses & Promotions

h9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented. Players are strongly encouraged to read the individual promotion terms before opting in to any bonus offer.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions and will not be changed retroactively once a player has opted in.

Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry period. If the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account automatically. The validity period for each bonus is stated clearly at the time of opt-in.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• h9999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the manipulation of deposit/withdrawal cycles, will be voided.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as the parent bonus unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and real funds are kept separately in your account. Real funds are wagered first, unless you have opted in to a specific bonus that changes this order.
• h9999 reserves the right to request verification before releasing any bonus winnings for withdrawal.

User Obligations

As a registered player on h9999, you agree to use the platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to engage in any conduct that is harmful, unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive to the platform's operations or to other players' enjoyment of the service.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on h9999:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping, bet coordination, or sharing of strategy information in real-time during live games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in connection with criminal activity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account management.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content via any communication feature of the h9999 platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of the h9999 platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of h9999 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. h9999 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by Player: You may close your h9999 account at any time by contacting player support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of a player-initiated closure will be forfeited.

Suspension or Closure by h9999: h9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Exploitation of platform bugs, bonuses, or game mechanics.
• Underage access or falsification of age verification documents.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment provider.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, h9999 will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeframe. However, h9999 is not obligated to disclose details of an ongoing fraud or security investigation that could compromise its integrity.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their own access to h9999 for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion through their account settings at any time. Limitation of Liability

h9999 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and reliable access to the platform, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h9999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, data, or revenue arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the h9999 platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• The conduct, actions, or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other external service providers.
• Any loss resulting from a player's reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or out of date.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit h9999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In the event that h9999 is found liable to you for any reason, the maximum aggregate liability of h9999 to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your h9999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
